Note: average cost may vary depending on factors like the size of your home, the quality of the lights (unless customer have their own lights), and additional decorations.

Installation time varies, typically ranging from 1 to 5 hours. For larger properties or more intricate designs, the process could take up to two days.

If installer goes above and beyond, a tip of $20 to $50 or 10% to 15% of the total cost is customary.

Consultation is recommended for pricing and all final details.

Weather & Seasonal Conditions

1. Scheduling & Delays

·       Installations and removals may be rescheduled or delayed due to unsafe weather conditions (snow, ice, high winds, heavy rain, or freezing temperatures)

·       North Bear Waters LLC reserves the right to pause or postpone services at any time to protect the safety of our crew and property.

2.       Frozen or Snow-Covered Installations

·       In the event lights, clips, or cords become frozen to gutters, shingles, or landscaping, removal may be delayed until conditions allow safe detachment.

·       Customers acknowledge that forcing removal during icy conditions can cause property damage.

3.       Property Damage Disclaimer

·       North Bear Waters LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

·       Ice Dams, snow buildup, or frozen gutters

·       Natural weather events (snowstorms, windstorms, freezing rain, etc.)

·       Any pre-existing damage to roofs, siding, or gutters will be documented prior installation.

4.       Customer Responsibilities

·       Customers agree to keep installation/removal areas reasonably clear of snow, ice, and obstructions (e.g., shoveling driveways, salting walkways, trimming overhanging branches where possible).

·       Customers will provide access to outdoor electrical outlets in safe, working conditions.

5.       Safety First Policy

·       North Bear Waters LLC prioritizes safety. If conditions are unsafe, the job will be rescheduled at the earliest possible safe opportunity.
